"Biergarten restaurant, in the heart of the Bavarian Village in the Germany Pavilion at Epcot theme park, celebrates Oktoberfest all year long. Authentic German cuisine is served for lunch and dinner buffets. Lively costumed musicians provide traditional Oktoberfest entertainment throughout lunch and dinner. Music and merriment resound as diners are encouraged to dance and be part of the boisterous merrymaking–or simply relax in the twilight atmosphere in this magnificent German hall. At the Biergarten Restaurant, seating is at long communal tables that offer a great view of the festivities. Grab a chair, join the revelry and create your own traditional German meal. Rotating lunch and dinner selections consist of hearty German favorites such as bratwurst, red cabbage sauerkraut, pork schnitzel and spaetzle. Delicious desserts, from Bavarian cheesecake to freshly baked apple strudel, complete any meal at the Biergarten Restaurant.

I've eaten here twice in the last year and overall was pretty happy with it. The entertainment is fun, décor inside is very authentic and the food is good, not great. It is on the expensive side but it is a buffet. The service is just okay. I would consider coming back here again but given the amount of options in Epcot, it isn't a no brainer to come back. If you want a large meal and enjoy AC on a hot day, it is probably worth it to stop in.

Was forced to sit at table with another family rather than my own even though dining room was half empty. Only beer and wine so if on dining plan bad use. If your kid doesn't like mac n cheese your out of luck. They still charged me a full child table service meal and my child did not eat one thing. He couldn't even drink his apple juice because the waiter never brought him a straw. Horrible experience.

One of my favorite restaurants on Disney property. The food leans towards meats, but they have excellent sides to round it out as well. Try the German potato salad!

Questions & Answers

Whatever the current price is just keep the extras (alcohol) to a minimum (or not at all) and you'll be fine. Root beer works for me (free refills). As for tipping 10%-18% is just fine, you really don't have to go overboard. Relax and enjoy !!!

Yes

$35 for lunch vs. $59.99 for dinner as of April 2018.

If I remember corectely, they supposed to play one Time in an hour and half.

Just the regular giftcard....not one specifically for this...although, you can still use it there

It is traditionally German music. Horns bells water music. With a great vary of traditional foods. I ve been over two dozen times. Great show

Assuming you are speaking of the Visa card, yes. You get 10% off however you can not combine with any other offers and there are some dates it can not be used like Christmas. See the rewards website for more details

Would suggest hitting the beer garden at the center back of Germany. Requires reservations but is far worth at the show and is the buffet is very good. Do an authentic German show

Yes, because its inside the park. Make a reservation ahead of time as well or else you'll be waiting for a while to get in.

In our past experiences we've enjoyed the band playing at least twice during our meals. Lunch or dinner at least one performance can be had even if your the eat and run type. Each performance ends up being a little unique with the variety of things they do. They seat you in groups "Family Style" at tables that seat about 8-10 so you'll always have other guests you'll eventually end up talking with. That as it turns out has most always added to the enjoyment of eating here. They've never rushed us while we're there. You can eat at your own pace making trips back to the buffet as you wish. We've usually enjoyed 3-4 performances while we dined and conversed with the other guests at our tables. The overall atmosphere can make you feel as though you've just had a very nice time with long lost friends with the variety of people you'll meet while dining here. Our visit to WDW would not be complete without at least one visit here. Enjoy !!!
